团聚居留
外籍华人后，如果没有工作，则可依靠中国直系亲属来申请团聚居留许可。
❖入境前，申请Q1长期探亲签证
Q1长期探亲签证：是指因家庭团聚申请赴中国居留的中国公民的家庭成员（配偶、父母、子女、子女的配偶、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女以及配偶的父母）和具有中国永久居留资格的外国人的家庭成员（配偶、父母、子女、子女的配偶、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女以及配偶的父母），以及因寄养等原因申请入境居留的人员。
❖入境后，更换团聚居留许可

2.健康体检证明原件；
3.学历证明；
4.2年以上相关工作经验证明；
5.申请人国籍国或长期居住国（地区）官方出具的无犯罪记录证明（需认证）；
6.公司相关证件及其他资料。
❖入境后，更换长期工作居留许可
外籍华人入境后，申请长期的工作居留许可就可以合法合规在华工作，并且就目前而言，外籍华人申请居留许可还有便利。
